The Homestead

The Valentine Farm is settled on 120 acres in Norwood, Colorado. A historic home with an easy feeling where you can truly unwind. The wide open west surrounds the ranch with fields, ponds and outbuildings. These include a homesteader cabin, an atelier art cabin, a garage with second story living, a gazebo and a 10-stall equestrian center with an outdoor corral.

The wide-open West surrounds the main ranch house with fields, ponds, and outbuildings, which include an original Homesteader Cabin– used for accommodations, an Art Cabin, a rustic three-car Garage, a Gazebo for ceremony and special gatherings, and a 10-stall Barn with exceptional indoor and outdoor full-size riding arenas, and multiple paddocks, and large turnout pastures.

The three bedroom, four bath home with gorgeous kitchen/family room plus game room is a perfect place to commune, rest and prepare for the day ahead.

heritage outbuildings

The heritage outbuildings include two beautifully crafted cabins, one of which is an original wrights’ mesa homesteader cabin, the other, an “atelier” or artist’s workshop, as well as, a rustic three car garage.

The property hosts an elegant gazebo set apart from the main house. Use it as an outdoor container for special ceremonies, quiet reflections or an array of possibilities to gather under the open sky.
